To be listed, wallets must meet these baseline requirements. Beyond that, the Foundation does not endorse particular wallets — choose what works for your threat model.
- Non-custodial — user holds the private key
- Supports the Bantu protocol (G-address, trustlines, signed envelopes)
- Open source OR has a published security audit
- Active maintenance — recent releases, working support
- Compatible with SEP-0005 HD recovery (or equivalent)
